Life Coaching
This service is available for everyone in the local and wider community. It has been especially successful with parents of disadvantaged children with challenging behaviour and trauma.
This helps the individual adult deal with trauma and get on a new positive mental pathway to a successful healthy life. This service tends to be in collaboration with the other services and enables the parent/ person to feel fully supported.
Please note that the following interventions for ‘all adults’ can or maybe in collaboration with each other enabling success every step of the way.
The following are based on 45 minutes sessions and can be arranged to be done face to face or via Skype and telephone.
